A.    Clean Production     

Clean Production is the transfer of environmental protection strategy from passive coping to active preventing.  The central requirement is that integral prevention strategy is adopted in the process of manufacturing so as to eliminate contaminates before creation, and simultaneously, to reduce quantity of waste in maximum and thereby, clear the harm brought forward to human environment. Integrated production mode is formed to promote full- scale saving and recycling of resources, reduce energy consumption and material consumption, realize circulated link between production system and living system, and enable the formation of organic uniform of economic benefits and environmental benefits.
