Since the company was founded in March 2000, all the staff have overcome the obstacles and accumulated sand to form a pagoda. Currently registered capital is RMB 30 million, and more than RMB 50 million fixed asset. To build a nationwide business and service network, the company has established three major operational bases in Yantai, Suzhou, and Zhuhai, each strategically positioned to serve and deepen its presence in the regional markets of North China, East China, and South China, respectively:
Yantai Base: As the company’s R&D center, engineering project hub, and large-scale manufacturing facility, this base integrates R&D, production, sales, and service functions. It comprises two production plants with a total processing area of 15,000 square meters, undertaking core manufacturing and technological innovation tasks.
Suzhou Base: Positioned as a marketing service and equipment exhibition center, it features a 500 square meters professional showroom dedicated to customer engagement, product display, and regional service support.
Zhuhai Base: Focused on the manufacturing and assembly of standard products, this base also carries out marketing and service functions. With a 5,000 square meters production workshop, it effectively supports product supply and operational maintenance needs in the regional market.
The company supplies systematic solution and turnkey project for clean production of cutting fluid. The principal products are Flat Filter, Drum Filter, Negative Pressure Filter, Positive Pressure Filter, Candle Filter, Pre-coating Filter, Magnetic Separator, Chip Conveyor, Centralized Filter System, Cutting Fluid Configuration, Sterilization Treatment, Waste liquid treatment, Temperature control, etc.
In order to improve staffs’ awareness of quality, the company organized all staffs to visit Japanese peer enterprises to observe and learn, and organized management staff to visit Germany and learn.
