Mr. Wang: Yantai Keeyun Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in March 2000, and was named after the meanings of "Qi people worry about the sky" and "the wind rises and the clouds fly". The company has a registered capital of 5 million yuan, covers an area of 12 acres, and has a construction area of more than 10,000 square meters for office buildings, workshops, auxiliary facilities, etc., and fixed assets of 20 million yuan.
The company currently has nearly 100 employees, including 30 professional and technical personnel. The company has a sound management structure, in-depth corporate culture, ERP system management, and all employees pay five insurances and one fund. Through the cooperative manufacturing model, there are many perennial supporting units around, which can quickly adjust production capacity.
Since its establishment, the company has been engaged in the work of cutting fluid purification. Starting from the earliest production of chip conveyors, magnetic separators, and paper belt filters, new products are born every year, gradually developing in depth in the industry, and the products are developing in the direction of intensive, modular, and precise. Mr. Wang: The company is mainly engaged in the development, manufacturing, and sales of cutting fluid purification equipment. The main products are KP series chain plates, scrapers, screw conveyors, KFCT series magnetic separators, KFZG series paper belt filters and various other auxiliary products.
The products bring together the functions of conveying, separation, filtration, drying, dust removal, slag removal, and floating oil removal. The metal and non-metal impurities or waste generated in the industrial manufacturing process can be separated from the processing cooling medium to achieve the purpose of purification, environmental protection, and improving product quality.
Existing products widely serve many industrial manufacturing industries such as metallurgy, automobiles, bearings, machine tools, wire drawing, steel pipes, molds, etc. The main products are all controlled by PLC programs. They can work independently as a single machine, or they can be used for centralized processing of large-flow coolants in factories and workshops according to customer requirements, as well as long-distance chips, impurities, and material transportation.

Mr. Wang: Through years of hard work, Harbin Measuring Tool and Cutting Tool Factory, Tianjin Steel Pipe Group, Timken (Yantai) Company, Xingtai Roller Group, Anyang Iron and Steel Group, SMC (China) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Machine Tool Factory, Beijing Machine Tool Research Institute, Ningjiang Machine Tool Factory, Zigong Changzheng Machine Tool Factory, Hangzhou Machine Tool Factory, Jiangsu South Asia Automobile Co., Ltd., FAW Dalian Diesel Engine Factory and many other well-known companies use the material conveying and cutting fluid purification equipment produced by our company. The water negative pressure filter supporting the high-end grinder of Qinchuan Machine Tool Factory has now formed mass production, and has entered Changchun FAW and exported abroad; in addition, the quality of KEEYUN is being recognized by more and more European and American customers. A century-old machine tool factory in Germany has a long-term cooperative relationship with us, and products with the KEEYUN logo are exported to Europe in large quantities.

Mr. Wang: Looking at the pioneers of the European industrial revolution, we can see the huge gap between the two sides in terms of technology and market. Some of their current status will be the direction of our development in the next few years. With the development of the country and the advent of the "low-carbon era", the demand for environmental protection and energy saving will expand sharply, and our products will have a very huge development space. The machinery manufacturing industry is an important pillar of social development. The purification of cutting fluids will be more and more valued, which determines the future development trend of our industry.
Every company wants to become a century-old enterprise, and Keeyun is the same.
