Our company, in cooperation with Yantai Vocational and Technical College, has conducted three months of vocational skills training for new employees, totaling 300 hours.
The training content covers multiple courses such as basic mechanical theory, drawing reading and drawing, materials, and on-site operation. After graduation from the college, more than 20 people passed various vocational skills tests and obtained certificates.
