From June 10 to 11, 2020, Keeyun Machinery attended the "2020 (9th) International Automotive Powertrain Manufacturing Summit" in Liuzhou, and shared the keynote speech on "Cutting Fluid Filtration and Clean Production" at the summit.
The International Automotive Powertrain Manufacturing Summit is the most professional and influential automotive machining, cleaning, and assembly technology industry event in China, held regularly every year. All previous sessions have brought together the top domestic automotive powertrain machining and cleaning technology, assembly manufacturers and upstream and downstream industry suppliers and OEMs to attend the meeting. At this summit, nearly 400 people from the upstream and downstream industrial chains of domestic powertrains gathered together to talk about intelligent manufacturing, focusing on smart factories and the changes brought about by intelligent manufacturing to the powertrain manufacturing industry.
At the meeting, Keeyun Machinery had in-depth exchanges with many advanced peer companies on new technologies and processes in automation, digitalization, and intelligence, and shared the company's exploration and practical cases in intelligent manufacturing. Wang Huaqing, director of the sales department, introduced the specific process of the cooperation between Keeyun Machinery and Bosch Rexroth. Taking the filtration system of the linear guide production line as an example, he analyzed in detail the impact of the standby pump, liquid tank level, and volume ratio of each liquid tank on the filtration system, and provided innovative ideas for peers in workpiece cleaning, surface treatment, chip conveying, chip volume reduction, cutting fluid purification, waste liquid volume reduction, smoke filtration, and air purification.
