The Zhejiang Provincial Major Industrial Project "Zhongzhe High-speed Railway" is jointly invested by many national enterprises with 5 billion yuan, covers an area of 1,000 acres, and aims to produce high-end bearings to replace imported high-speed rail bearings. It broke ground in Longyou, Zhejiang in December 2016.
In April this year, the relevant person in charge of the project came to our company to inspect and exchange relevant matters about the centralized filtration system. Before that, the customer had visited all relevant domestic suppliers and compared their performance. In particular, the customer's equipment installation environment is extremely special, and a reasonable and feasible solution must be put forward.
Our sales, technical and production personnel set up a project team to answer the technical questions raised by customers one by one. The production personnel determined the construction plan at the installation site. Finally, the customer selected us as the supplier. At this time, we only had 50 days left for design and production.
Meeting market demand and delivering products on time and with quality is the key to brand reputation. Facing production pressure, Keeyun went against the trend. The busy production line and the workshop working day and night are the beautiful scenery of Keeyun.
On June 25, 2018, two sets of centralized filtration systems were delivered as scheduled. Early in the morning, two large trucks arranged by the company had already parked at the company gate. The equipment on the road was ready to go under the reflection of the green trees on both sides. The quality inspection department was doing the final factory inspection and inventory to ensure that all supporting equipment and parts were not missed. The loaded trucks and busy workers were carrying out each procedure in an orderly manner.
