2019-08-20

From July 31 to August 6, Keeyun and his team of four traveled to Japan to visit famous companies, unveiled the mystery of Japanese companies, and discovered a world they had never seen.

The 7-day trip was full of dry goods. Toyota Motor Production Line, YASKAWA Yaskawa Electric, and Japan's outstanding peer company SAN-S all left Qi Yang's footprints. Through field visits, the trainees experienced the world's top factories on site, gained practical experience, witnessed the world's leading management practices, unlocked the genetic code of Japanese companies that has been passed down for a hundred years, and appreciated the original lean production and the craftsman spirit of extreme manufacturing!

Next, join me in this learning journey to learn the manufacturing wisdom and innovative thinking of Japanese companies.

Toyota Factory, Discover Another World

Toyota has now become synonymous with quality and is known as one of the most influential manufacturers in the world. Here, just-in-time and automation are interpreted most deeply, and mixed production of multiple models is achieved on one production line. The trainees visited the workshop and walked into Toyota Motors to learn about its production methods at close range, listened to the interpretation of Japanese cars by insiders, and witnessed the creation of various aspects of Japanese cars. This on-site visit to the Toyota factory also gave the trainees a deeper understanding of lean.

Yaskawa Electric, the transformation of enterprise robotization

Japan, as a lean production practitioner, has taken the lead in the road of intelligent manufacturing. During the visit to YASKAWA Electric, various automation and intelligent concepts were fully demonstrated. The large-scale mechanical arm, with rough and fine, and the production line stretching for hundreds of meters, is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and makes the operators feel very comfortable. The concepts of human-computer interaction and Industry 4.0 are reflected in production and design. The trainees learned about the motion control technology of Yaskawa Electric in a diversified way, and engraved the essence of the success of Japan's Yaskawa into their memory, which played an important role in promoting the experience reference and practice of enterprises after returning to China.

SAN-S peer factory visit

Through customized course training and factory field visits, face-to-face exchanges with peer experts, and understanding of the production methods, on-site management models and strong lean culture of excellent Japanese peer companies in theory and practice. Qi Yang's trainees generally feel the rigor, precision, persistence, excellence, focus, professionalism and seriousness behind the products and details. Communicate technology, summarize experience, and explore how to use these experiences in the development of the company itself.

For many years, Keeyun has always kept its original aspirations, set high goals, and is committed to self-improvement. Since 2012, it has sent outstanding employees abroad for study and inspection every year, providing opportunities for all-round learning from industry leaders. Through on-site visits to benchmark companies, we deeply interpret the essence of foreign companies' technology and management, clearly predict future trends in the industry, continuously break through existing technical bottlenecks, effectively solve our own pain points, and truly realize the company's desire to "go out and learn in". Years of continuous improvement and experience accumulation have enabled Keeyun to maintain a healthy development rhythm in a complex and changing industrial environment.
