Our company's centralized cutting fluid treatment project in Qingte will be completed soon. In line with the corporate spirit of "learning, improvement, innovation and development", the company organized the backbones of production, technology, sales and other departments, a group of nearly 20 people, to visit and learn at the construction site of Qingte Group Zhongli Axle Co., Ltd.
This project is a package turnkey project, covering the U-shaped steel plate ditch return system, the centralized cutting fluid filtration system, the three sets of fluid supply systems for spindle internal cooling, tool cooling and workpiece flushing, the iron chip drying system, the iron chip briquetting system, the cutting fluid turnover system, the cutting fluid heating system, the electrical automatic control system, etc., realizing the functions from cutting fluid filtration and supply to iron chip briquetting and returning to the furnace, which is both environmentally friendly and energy-saving, and fully guarantees the maximization of the company's interests.
Through this observation and learning, the employees' perceptual understanding of centralized cutting fluid treatment has been enhanced, and the on-site construction experience of the technical personnel has been increased.
