Celebrating the successful launch of the first briquette of Keeyun Machinery's chip regeneration station

Keeyun Machinery has developed a chip recovery and regeneration device after years of experience in chip conveying and filtering. The product has the advantages of a wide range of applications and high compression rate.
The chips generated by the machine tool should be transported to the chip recycling workstation for processing at any time to keep the chips fresh and prevent or rarely oxidize them; in addition, in order to prevent oxidation of chips caused by heating, a cold processing process is required; and before the chips are briquette, the coolant and cutting oil in the chips must be removed cleanly, otherwise it will affect the chemical composition and easily cause the chips to explode during smelting, so high-speed centrifugal drying is required; finally, only when the rust-free chips are pressed into a very dense block, the contact area between the chips and oxygen can be minimized when they are melted in the blast furnace, reducing the amount of oxidation!
With the successful launch of the first briquette, the first set of chip recovery and regeneration equipment will soon be installed and debugged at the customer's site. Let us look forward to the successful debugging together.
