Paper belt filters are used for cooling liquid filtration in metal grinding or other processing. They are also suitable for the removal of impurities in cleaning fluids, industrial water, organic solutions and other solutions in the cleaning system of rough parts. In order to ensure that the filtration efficiency during the processing meets production needs, the following points should be done for equipment maintenance:
1. Inject an appropriate amount of oil into the filter. The filter must use oil when working. There are mainly two types of hydraulic oil and lubricating oil. Because the filter is still a mechanical equipment, even when it stops and rests, it is still necessary to inject an appropriate amount of hydraulic oil, so that the filter can be maintained and maintained more effectively.
2. Clean the filter equipment on time, because when the filter is working, there will definitely be more liquid or solid residues. If it is not cleaned up in time, it will definitely have a serious impact on the daily use and life of the filter.
3. The paper belt filter should be regularly inspected every six months. Maintenance items: lubrication, whether the screws are loose, whether the pins and chain pieces of the transmission chain fall off, wear of each transmission component, etc.
4. After the filter cake is unloaded, clean the filter belt for 1 to 2 weeks, and turn off the valve → brush roller motor switch → filter bag regeneration water valve → vacuum pump switch → host power switch → total air source switch → air pump switch → open the air pump drain valve.
5. Check the sensitivity of the float switch regularly every month. Adjust the float of the liquid level controller and connect the water pump water pipe to the host. Put the waste box in place, then install the filter cloth on the bracket and bypass the bottom of the water tray on the base, lay it flat on the chain net, and hang the end in the waste box. Turn on the power.
