Keeyun-Shanxi project phase I enters final stage, phase II project is in planning

Recently, as one of the company's key projects this year, the first phase installation project of Shanxi centralized filtration system project has entered the final stage. On September 23, the company's general manager, pre-sales engineer and others went to the project site for guidance to ensure that the final installation and testing work can be successfully delivered. At the same time, they also negotiated with customers on the second phase project.
The customers of this project are mainly processing aluminum alloy engine cylinder heads for automotive parts. This centralized filtration system tailored for them serves many well-known machine tool brands such as DMG, Dean and Youjia. The machine tool does not require manual assistance to dump chips and maintain water tanks. Through Keeyun's patented impurity pump, the cutting fluid and the chips generated by machine tool processing are lifted together into the overhead pipeline and returned to the centralized filtration system. The filtered cutting fluid is supplied to each machine tool through the overhead pipeline, fully realizing the automation of machine tool chip removal and fluid supply. When working at full load, the fluid supply can reach 600 cubic meters/hour. The service life of the cutting fluid can be extended to more than 2 years.
