Large flow cutting fluid filter - centralized refrigeration system
The grinding chips and coolant generated by machine tool processing workpieces naturally flow into the chip liquid lifting device through the ground diversion groove, and are pumped to the return liquid pipeline by the dirty liquid pump, and then transported to the centralized filtration system by the return liquid pipeline, realizing centralized collection; the dirty liquid first enters the primary sedimentation filter, undergoes preliminary sedimentation filtration, and after degreasing treatment, overflows to the secondary sedimentation filter, and is pumped into the centrifuge by the filter pump for internal circulation fine filtration. After the secondary sedimentation filtration and part of the centrifugal fine filtration, the liquid is supplied to the machine tool by the liquid supply pump group at a certain pressure constant pressure.

Cutting fluid filter unit introduction
1. Cutting fluid filter bottom flushing device:
In order to prevent fine particles below 30um from depositing in the negative pressure chamber, causing the sediment to increase continuously and becoming a trouble for manual cleaning, a bottom flushing device is added to the vacuum chamber to prevent the fine particles in the vacuum chamber from depositing, so as to achieve the purpose of not needing to clean the vacuum chamber.


2. Cutting fluid filter oxygenation device:
Each box is equipped with an oxygenation device to continuously inject compressed air into the emulsion, increase the oxygen in the emulsion, eliminate the living conditions of anaerobic bacteria, and extend the service life of the coolant.
This device is mainly used to add oxygen to the cutting fluid, kill the anaerobic bacteria that cause the cutting fluid to deteriorate, and extend the service life of the cutting fluid.


This system is equipped with an aeration device in the water tank. In the working state and holiday cycle state, the system can automatically start according to the program setting, and regularly add compressed air to the liquid tank to kill the anaerobic bacteria that cause the cutting fluid to deteriorate. Bubbles can bring out the oil in the cutting fluid. The oxygenation and sterilization device can make the cutting fluid more fully contact with the air and extend the service life of the cutting fluid.


3. Cutting fluid filter oil removal device:
This device is mainly used to separate the floating oil floating on the surface of the cutting fluid, so that the cutting fluid is fully in contact with the air and extend the service life of the cutting fluid.


After the system has been running for a period of time, due to factors such as equipment lubrication and workpiece anti-rust oil, a large amount of floating oil will accumulate on the surface of the cutting fluid, which will isolate the contact between the cutting fluid and the air, promote the growth of anaerobic bacteria, and shorten the service life of the cutting fluid. The oil removal device adopts a physical method, using the oil removal belt to adsorb and adhere to the oil, and then uses a scraper to scrape and separate the oil removal belt from the oil. It can timely and effectively separate the floating oil floating on the surface of the cutting fluid, increase the contact area between the cutting fluid and the air, and control the number of anaerobic bacteria in the coolant that causes it to deteriorate with the oxygenation device, thereby extending the service life of the coolant. 


Using a two-stage sedimentation scraper liquid tank and a multi-stage partition structure, the liquid tank volume is about 25m³, ensuring sufficient floating time for the oil, while adding an aeration device to accelerate the separation of the oil. Multiple Qiyang patented chain oil removers are installed on the liquid surface, which can separate more than 95% of the floating oil.


4. Pumping and exhausting device of cutting fluid filter:
The pump pumps water from the negative pressure chamber, and when passing through the water ejector, part of the air in the negative pressure chamber is extracted to accelerate the generation of negative pressure and increase the filtering speed.


5. Cutting fluid filter body - negative pressure filter:
Cooling system of cutting fluid filter. The cooling system consists of a plate heat exchanger, a temperature sensor, etc. When the emulsion temperature exceeds the set value, the temperature sensor opens the pneumatic valve through the PLC instruction to cool the plate heat exchanger. When it returns to the set value, the pneumatic valve closes automatically. The real-time LCD display of the temperature on the electric control cabinet is intuitive and clear. 


This equipment is mainly used for fine filtration. After the cutting fluid is filtered by the comb magnetic separator, it naturally overflows into the fine filter. After being filtered by the fine filter, it meets the filtration accuracy requirements, and the cutting fluid is transported to the use points of each machine tool through the liquid supply pump group.


The box is made of carbon steel, the bottom of the box is supported by 20# I-beam, and the surrounding reinforcement ribs are made of 10# channel steel. The filter box, pipeline and related valve structure and position are specially designed to ensure the convenience of future maintenance. 


The fine filter mainly consists of three parts: filter medium, filter water tank and refilling tank.


6. Holiday circulation system
This system is mainly used during holidays to prevent the cutting fluid from being stationary for a long time, and the number of anaerobic bacteria inside that cause the cutting fluid to deteriorate is too large, causing the cutting fluid to deteriorate too quickly.


A holiday circulation mode is set on the electronic control system. This mode needs to be turned on during holidays, and the power supply and air source of the system must be unobstructed. The system can start the circulation emptying pump according to the program settings, and make the system run at low energy consumption, so that the cutting fluid can circulate internally in the system, increase the fluidity of the cutting fluid, and extend the service life of the cutting fluid. When the system changes the fluid, the inlet valve and outlet valve of the emptying circulation pump can be manually switched to empty all the emulsions in the system.


7. Remote service system
The electronic control system is equipped with a gateway communication system, a remote fault diagnosis communication interface and a driver. The system has a self-checking function and interface, and is equipped with a network card for easy network connection. When a filtration system fails, the corresponding alarm signal can be sent to the administrator's mobile phone through the network or communication card, which is convenient for on-site managers to troubleshoot the problem in time and ensure that the production line does not stop working.
