How to deal with the deviation of chain plate of chain plate chip conveyor

The treatment method of chain conveyor deviation can be divided into three steps:
1. Check the deviation between the longitudinal center line of the belt conveyor and the transverse center line of the roller. If the deviation exceeds 3mm, the mounting holes on both sides of the roller group should be used for adjustment, and the deviation should be moved forward to the left, otherwise it should be moved backward.
2. Check the plane deviation value of the head and tail bearing seats of the chain conveyor. If it is greater than 1MM, adjust the two planes to the same plane.
3. Check the position of the iron chips during conveying. The iron chips are often not conveyed in the center of the chain plate of the chain conveyor, causing the chain plate to deviate, so try to keep the material in the center when using it. In addition, adding a material stopper on the chain plate can reduce the possibility of the chain plate deviating.
