Candle Filter System
Candle filter system is composited by filter aid tank, pre-coating tank, Dirty tank, Cleaning tank, sludge tank, candle filter, pneumatic extruder, pre-coating pump set, feed liquid pump, refrigerator and control system. It is widely used in precision filter of cutting fluid to enhance processing technique, improve processing quality of surface of workpieces and extend working life of cutting fluid.
Key working processes of filter system mainly include pre-coating, filter, slag discharging and dehydrating. Fluid content of discharged chips is low, which effectively reduces consumption of cutting fluid.
The system is able to realize full automatic operations and real-time remote monitoring control. Range of flow rate of treatment is (20m³/h-1000 m³/h).
