KA1B Scraper Conveyor（Chip Conveyor）
Scraper conveyor is comprised by housing, reducer, diving chain, transmission chain and scraper. Reducer yields output power, and is transmitted onto transmission chain via related components on driving chain and housing. Transmission chain drives scraper to conduct rotating movement, by which chips are scrapped and conveyed to nominated station along with the bottom of housing.
Scraper conveyor can provide sufficient scope of selection. Actual quantity of conveyance of the machine is configured and controlled through changing combination of conveying speed and conveying width. It is mainly used for conveying short fragmented, particle chips (length is less than 150mm), and is applicable to steel members, cast iron, copper, aluminum and non-metal chips.
Scraper conveyor is classified into three types as per structure and size, and they are suitable for long distance conveyance of chips under different conditions. Size of different parts of the machine for each basic type can be flexibly designed in accordance with the requirements of main machine so as to achieve the best configuration results.
