Cutting Coolantmixer Trolleys
The mobile liquid dispensing vehicle is mainly composed of inlet and outlet pipelines, liquid dispensing system, liquid storage tank, liquid supply system and driving system. The liquid dispensing system adopts automatic liquid dispensing pump, which only needs the pressure of tap water to realise the proportional configuration of chip liquid, and stops automatically after the tank is full; the liquid supply system consists of liquid supply pump and refilling gun.
The mobile liquid dispensing vehicle can automatically proportion the chip liquid according to the required concentration and store it in the liquid storage tank; the electric drive chassis is convenient to move the liquid dispensing vehicle to the tank where the liquid needs to be replenished; and the automatic filling gun is convenient to control the amount of liquid to be added.
The mobile dispenser is suitable for the occasions of large number of machine tools, large workshop area and large consumption of cutting fluid, and it can replenish the cutting fluid to the machine tools with manoeuvrability and flexibility.
