Spindle Center Through-Tool Coolant
Spindle Center Through-Tool Coolant System is an efficient, low-consumption, and energy-saving system solution provided for the machining industry in the field of automated high-end CNC machine tool equipment manufacturing. It addresses common processing challenges such as chip entanglement with tools, difficulties in chip evacuation in deep holes, and inadequate tool cooling due to high temperatures. The system primarily consists of a high-pressure machine tool coolant pump, a liquid level sensor, a control unit, a filtration unit, a water tank, and other components.
Coolant is first extracted from the machine tool to a pre-filter for purification. After filtration, it flows into the water tank and is then delivered by the high-pressure machine tool coolant pump to a high-pressure filter. Subsequently, it is conveyed through pipelines to the tool, where it is ejected as a high-pressure stream from the tool's outlet holes. With an outlet pressure ranging from 30 bar to 150 bar and a flow rate from 20 L/min to 180 L/min, the system effectively resolves processing issues such as chip breakage, chip evacuation, and tool fracture due to overheating during machining. It significantly extends tool life while substantially improving the precision and efficiency of workpiece processing, thereby reducing overall machining costs.
