KE2C Pneumatic Extruder
Pneumatic extruder is mainly used for extruding pre-coated and filtered residue, and the residue shall present fluidity and can be pumped up.
The machine is comprised by cylinder, control and pneumatic execution. One layer of precision filter screen is laid on top of lower cover, and lower cover can be opened and closed through air cylinder. While operating, after pump pumps residue into sealed cylinder, compressed air is used to extrude the fluid within residue.
Through combination of cylinder and adjusting treatment capability, dehydration rate can achieve 70%.
