KE2A Screw Extruder
Screw extruder is mainly used for initial extrusion and dehydration of abrasive dust of various materials, and recovery of extruded cutting fluid.
Structure of the machine is neat. The machine applies large torque gear motor to drive screw, and provides extrusion of abrasive dust at non-screw lift section. Extruded fluid flows to smoothness section via lift section, and flows out from small hole at the bottom of smoothness section.
The machine is applicable to filtering filter cake yielded by the equipment, and initial extrusion dehydration rate can achieve 30%.
Key dimensions cover screw diameter and screw pitch, as well as lift angle. They can be configured flexibly in accordance with client’s actual working conditions.
