KD1C Transit Stock Bin
Transfer bin is mainly used for temporary storage of chips. It stores the chips conveyed from preceding procedure and evenly conveys to the following procedure for treatment, and it plays the role of a connecting link between the preceding and the following procedure. Types of applicable chips include powder, particle or long curved chips with length less than 150mm.
The machine is composited by cabinet, screw conveyor, stirrer, vibration and shock absorber device. Application of stirrer and vibration motor can eliminate the phenomena of bridging and emptying of chips. Application of shock pad remarkably reduces the noise whilst the equipment is operating.
Dimension of the machine is mainly determined by capacity required and quantity of chips being treated by client.
