KC3E Bag Filter
Bag filter is a type of multi-functional filter equipment characterized by small volume, easy and flexible operations, and powerful adaptability. It is suitable for separating the micro volume of tiny little impurities contained in fluid. Filter bags of different precision and materials are selected in accordance with different filtering precision.
While operating, cutting fluid enters into filter bag via fluid inlet. Filter bag is mounted within reinforced screen mesh, and qualified filter fluid can be derived from fluid infiltrating filter bag. Impurity particles are intercepted by filter bag. When impurities intercepted by filter bag accumulate to certain thickness, pressure difference value increases and reaches preset value, and a new filter bag shall be replaced.
Filter ability of bag filter can be realized by changing quantity and model of the filter bag.
