KB3C Disk Deoiler
Disk deoiler is comprised by housing, oil adhering disk, oil scraper, oil guiding board, oil collecting tank and reducer. Reducer drives oil adhering disk to constantly rotate. Oil adhering disk is immersed into oil-liquid mixture zone, by utilizing infiltration performance difference between cutting fluid and floating oil, floating oil can be adhered to from oil-liquid mixture zone, and is scraped by oil scraping board into oil collecting tank.
Disk deoiler is mainly used for damp processing, and is characterized by little occupied area, durability, stable operations and reliability.
