KB2C Scroll Separator
Vortex separator is composited by cone housing, fluid inlet, fluid outlet and slag outlet.
Vortex separator is a type of unpowered filter member. It injects cutting fluid with certain amount of impurity into the separator with certain level of pressure and flow. Fluid rotates in high speed, and forms a vortices area. Due to specific gravity between impurity and liquid is different, impurity slips downwards along cone pipe wall and flows out of slag outlet, whilst purified liquid flows out of fluid outlet along with direction of axis.
Vortex separator is featured with high temperature resistance performance, long working life and non-filter consumables.
