KB2B Centrifugal Separator
Centrifugal separator is comprised by housing, impeller hub, sludge plug bucket, liquid inlet, liquid outlet, sludge outlet, shock absorber, bottom framework and driving motor. Working principle: liquid is fed at central inlet; along with contaminated fluid being accelerated by the speed of rotator, it is separated by impeller hub towards external diameter; sludge particles are attached on the interior of sludge plug bucket; purified fluid spills over sluice and discharges from fluid outlet; at the state of cease, residual fluid is discharged; and sludge plug bucket is prepared to be cleaned.
Centrifugal separator is fitful for the conditions where ratio difference between the separated and cutting fluid is rather great.
