KB1D Pipe Separator
Pipe separator is mainly comprised by the following components: lever, supporting brackets, joint adapter nut, screws, chips clearing lever and magnetic cylinder. The filter can be used by directly connecting to pipeline system. It can be slung, foot-mounted, and serial-parallel combination of multiple filter cylinders.
Cutting fluid with impurities enters into filter, and the fluid flows along with external wall of magnetic core. Impurities are absorbed onto the external wall of magnetic core, whilst the fluid flows out of the filter via the central passage of magnetic core by flowing upwards through recovery tank at the bottom of magnetic core.
